Immersive and Easy Reservation System
We worked hard to create a seamless reservation system in which users could easily find one of Ruth’s Chris’ more than 150 locations. The Open Table integration created many technical challenges which we found creative ways to work around.

Local Content
We emphasized Ruth's Chris as a ‘Collection of Steakhouses’ and outlined each location’s characteristics to draw younger guests who prefer localized and unique experiences while paying tribute to Ruth’s 150+ locations and franchisee partners.

Emphasis on History and Brand
To appeal to younger generations who are drawn to unique restaurant experiences and also the previous generation who have for years, been coming enjoying the premium Ruth’s Chris experience, we wanted to emphasize the history and story behind the Ruth’s Chris brand. We sourced content from franchisee owners, people who knew Ruth Fertel during her life time, and corporate employees to tell the story behind Ruth’s Chris.
