In-your-pocket Digital Concierge
We designed for the different platforms and created unique experiences tailored to the strengths to each. The app took advantage of the mobile and personal nature of the platform and provides personalized experience from movie recommendations to day-of-movie reminders.

Tailored Experience
We created an experience where signing up for the loyalty program was encouraged from the main nav bar and integrated into the ticket reservation flow. Both web and app were designed for different content to surface according to membership status, incentivizing the user to become a premiere member.

Food and Drink Integration
Food and drinks are a major profit generator for AMC theatres. AMC also had plans to expand their ‘order-ahead’ food service. Creating a seamless and easy flow for food and drink purchase was a major requirement for AMC’s business. We created two flows: One where ordering food ahead was integrated with ticket purchase and another stand-alone flow so that users could order food regardless of where they purchased their ticket online or not.
